I joined a swap on SSR group and we have to make a project using popsicle sticks, or art wands as we are affectionately calling them now...LOL...anyway...I used a fall themed napkin and adhered it to the sticks using Royal Coat Decoupage Medium...
When they were dry, I used my exacto knife and cut them apart...then I added another coat of Royal Coat to each piece...
This is the puzzle put back together...This will be a neat puzzle to share...The possibilities are endless...
