I have joined a "vintage Christmas" inchie swap...I have a magazine with lots of vintage images...perfect to use in this swap...I like the idea of a framed effect...so I use my 3/4 inch punch, turned upside down, so I can center the image in the "window" and punch my shape...

This images I used are from an ad in the magazine for return address labels...they are perfect little images for making this type of inchie art...

I use Royal Coat Decoupage medium to attach my magazine layer to my cardstock inchie base...

using my favorite tool....LOL...there are lots of us that use our fingers more than other items when creating our art...

I put a small amount of the deco med on the backside of the inchie layer and then center it onto the cardstock base inchie...it dries almost instantly...
