This piece is covered with both of these techniques...its stamped designer paper as well as stamped collage...I did this piece about 9 or so years ago...I made a mini book and made this background paper for my envelope pages...I found this piece while looking for something else in the studio...Not sure all the rubber stamp images,
I stamped onto a piece of text weight, laid, speckled paper...used Ranger inks...
