New baked goodies...yum...

Mini Cheesecake bites in little handmade tart shells

Sweet tater tarts in handmade crust shells

Handmade pie crust tart shells for the cheesecake bites, these are baked first, then filled with no bake cheesecake recipe...topped with strawberries just before serving...

Peach upside down mini cakes made in muffin tin...I lined the bottom of each muffin cup with baking parchment for easier removal...

White chocolate chip, macadamia nut cookies, no eggs, no milk recipe....they are the best ever...

Painting Time

Watercolor paper techniques using acrylic paints...I love this little bear image, I have painted him before on wood, but wanted to give him a watercolor look and update him a little...

I have wanted to paint this one for years...finally got a 16x20 canvas and just went for it...I am very pleased with how she turned out and the little chicks are just too cute...

Mini Pies

Peach Mini Pies

Made with fresh Georgia peaches and homemade pie crust...

Tops were dusted with powdered sugar...these mini pie ideas had been in my list of stuff to try...after seeing a similar one on another blog...I decided to go for it...making the little lattice tops was just too much...so I decided this was just as good...

Mini Pecan Pies...

From, yes, Georgia Pecans....with homemade crust...

I had always wanted to make mini pecan pies, and after being inspired with the mini peach pies...well why not...so hubby got me some pecans and I got baking...I am going to make mini cream cheese pies next time...
