New die cuts are here...the Birds and Frame with oval opening

I know...these are kinda cheesey...but I did the best I could with 45 minutes after work today...I just had to play...I just love these birds...I have more ideas coming...but wanted to share these for now...
I had to do the patina technique...I just love this...I did a bit of the double layer embossing with the Cuttlebug folders on this one...I used the dots first, added some gold metallic paint, then smoothed the dots down with my bone folder...ran thru the swirls folder and added the patina colored paint...I spattered with some black paint, trimmed the bird in gold...I used the paisley folder on the wing...and added extra gold over the patina...i used a gold brad for the eye...
These are fun and quick to do...i just used some chalking and colored the bird...added an eye using a fine tip marker and white dot in eye is fabric paint...I spattered with black after i was finished...
The frame is cheesey...I just wanted to play with it...I used the double layer embossing with the Cuttlebug folders...more samples coming soon... http://thestudioinpreston.blogspot.com to purchase...
