My "twinchie" addiction...gees...like I needed another one...

Between cutting orders today...and working on some other projects here and there...I have been making "twinchies"...and oh my gosh...are they fun...Be sure and check out the next posting for a chance to win some in a giveaway... I used a glossy white cardstock twinchie, colored it with Ranger Alcohol inks, torn pattern paper, embellishment from a sheet of pattern cardstock, wired gold ribbon and altered art word from Lisa's Altered Art...I used Ranger Glossy Accents to accent the word and flower...outside edge was trimmed with black marker...
I used Ranger inks to color the white cardstock twinchie, stamped images from ISC and Victorine Originals...I used another piece of the patterned cardstock, cut out the butterfly, coated with Ranger Glossy Accents, cut out the flower and used the glossy accents in the center...I used a fine gold thread for the butterfly anttena...
This one was fun to make...Purple surf Ranger ink to color the white cardstock twinchie...punched out frog, colored with Lime green Ranger ink...torn pattern paper to layer...stamped words from ISC...I took a small scalloped punched shape, cut in half, then in half again...colored with same inks and added as corners...I love it...of course Green is my color, and purple is my greens best friend...LOL...oh, and I coated the frog punch out with glossy accents too...
I wanted to do a fall themed one...as its my favorite time of year...come on cool weather...I used a Cuttlebug embossed piece from the friends folder...used some images cut from another piece in my stash and a flat backed acorn...I used tea dye distress ink to color the twinchie and used walnut on the edges to deepen them...I colored the embossed piece with butterscotch ink...then used the walnut distress ink on the edges too...
I love birds, I am an avid bird watcher and feeder...and those images from Lisa's Altered Art Images of birds are grande...I used my scalloped circle and punched out a shape from one of her sheets, sponged the edges in teal ink, then used a plain circle punch thats just a tad larger to punch a backing for it...sponged the edges with walnut ink...I used a Hero Arts dot background stamp and added some teal ribbon on two corners...Highlighted some words with Ranger Glossy Accents...
This twinchie I did on chipboard, covered with an image from Lisa's Altered Art and then used another image and cut out the girls to layer over that...I added some ribbon to the edges just to fancy it up a bit...I am going to add a magnet to the back of this one...it will be a gift...
I enjoyed sharing my "twinchie" addiction with you...I have more projects in the works...
